Kettlebell Training Academy Ltd:

• Does not offer refunds once payment for any course has been made.
• Reserves the right to change a course date/s. A refund will not apply, but a future course date/s will be offered.
• Must be informed 14 days before course commencement to change course date/s that you are enrolled on. You will then be offered another course at a later date. We will not refund any monies paid and this opportunity is only available once. Requests made later than that are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.
• If you cancel your place on any course within 14 days of course commencement, we will not refund any monies paid.
• If you cancel your place on any course within 14 days of course commencement we are not expected to offer you a place on a future course.
• You may assign your place on a course to someone else, for a $100 change fee.

Liability:

Kettlebell Training Academy Ltd does not accept any liability for any death or injury to
you or a third party, by using the products and/or services we sell. By reading these
terms and conditions you hereby accept all responsibility for death or injury to you or
a third party in conjunction with our products and or services.
